majesticlabs.dev (the "site") is operated by Majestic Labs LLC ("Majestic Labs"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Free tools

Free tools are provided as-is and may change or be withdrawn at any time. Tools that rely on AI models can produce inaccurate or incomplete output; verify anything important before relying on it.

The site's content is owned by Majestic Labs unless noted otherwise. You may view and share links to it; do not republish substantial portions without permission. Open-source projects linked from the site are governed by the licenses in their own repositories, not by these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse the inquiry form or newsletter signup (spam, automated submissions).
• Do not bypass or interfere with security measures such as Turnstile or rate limits.
• Do not scrape the site in ways that ignore robots.txt.

Consulting inquiries

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client or consulting relationship. An engagement with Majestic Labs begins only when a separate written agreement is signed. Do not send confidential information through the inquiry form.

The site links to third-party services such as GitHub and LinkedIn. Those services are not under our control, and linking to them is not an endorsement. Their own terms apply.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Majestic Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, and its total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
