Who we are

This website, majesticlabs.dev, is operated by Majestic Labs LLC ("Majestic Labs", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and the choices you have. For anything related to this policy, reach us through the inquiry form.

What we collect

• Inquiry form. If you contact us from the AI consulting page, we receive the name, email, company, and message you submit.
• Newsletter signup. If you subscribe, we collect your email address through our newsletter provider. Subscriptions use double opt-in: you confirm once by email before anything is sent.
• Usage analytics. We use Seline, a lightweight analytics service, to measure aggregate activity such as pages visited, referrers, browser and device type, and country.
• Security signals. The inquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from people rather than bots. To limit abuse, the site also keeps a short-lived rate-limit counter derived from a salted hash of your IP address; it expires within about ten minutes.
• Server logs. The site runs on Cloudflare, which keeps standard request logs (IP address, requested URL, timestamp) as part of operating and securing the service.

The site has no account system and processes no payments.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries you send us.
• To deliver the newsletter you subscribed to.
• To protect the site against spam, bots, and abuse.
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for the newsletter, our legitimate interests for analytics and security, and steps taken at your request prior to a contract for handling inquiries.

Who processes your data

We use a small number of service providers to run the site:

• Cloudflare: hosting, Turnstile bot protection, and delivery of inquiry emails.
• Our newsletter provider: subscriptions and sending.
• Seline: website analytics.

These providers may process data outside your country. Each processes data under its own privacy terms on our behalf.

Retention

• Inquiry submissions are delivered to us by email and are not stored in a database on this site. We keep the correspondence as long as needed to handle your inquiry.
• Rate-limit counters expire automatically within about ten minutes.
• Your newsletter email is kept until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics data is aggregate usage data rather than a profile of you.

Your choices and rights

• Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you via the inquiry form.
• Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Cookies

The site does not set its own advertising or tracking cookies. Seline analytics works without cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may set a cookie or use similar signals on the inquiry page solely for bot detection.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
